FAQ
Before you start
Do my employees have to use their personal phone?
They can use their own phone or a company phone. Location is read only at the moment of clocking in, and no other data on the phone is read.
What about no signal on site?
Everything is stored on the phone and sent as soon as the signal returns, with the actual clock-in time.
Can someone cheat on a clock-in?
Each phone is enrolled with a code handed over in person and protected by a hardware key; every clock-in is signed, and a replayed or altered clock-in is rejected. A clock-in without a location is confirmed by a manager.
Who sees what?
Everyone sees only their own sites, according to their role. An employee never reads reports, and no amount or cost ever reaches a field phone.
Where is my data?
With OVHcloud, in France. Your data belongs to you: InstaClaim AI processes it on your behalf, under a data processing agreement.
Can we start with a single site?
Yes, and we recommend it: a pilot site first, then the rest of the crews.
