What Ajura Chantier does today.
Crew time tracking and the daily site report work today. Every item below shows its status: what is available, and what is coming.
Crew time tracking
Every worker clocks in from their phone, and the office knows who is where, without tracking anyone.
15 available · 4 coming soon
-
Arrival and departure clocked from the employee’s phone, site by site, among the sites they are assigned to and the company premises.
Field -
Location read only at the moment of clocking in, never continuously.
- No coordinates kept: only “on site” or “out of zone”, and the distance to the site.
-
Employee consent collected in the app, with a clear information notice; it can be withdrawn at any time.
Field -
Without consent or a GPS signal, the clock-in is still recorded, marked “no location”. The site manager, project manager or office then confirms presence; the employee picks a reason from a simple list.
Field and office -
No photo of the employee when clocking in.
Field -
Works with no signal: the clock-in is stored on the phone, then sent as soon as the signal returns, with its actual time.
Field -
Tamper-proof clock-ins.
- Each phone is enrolled with a code handed over in person.
- It is protected by a hardware key, and every clock-in is signed.
- A replayed or altered clock-in is rejected.
-
Catch-up entry by the site manager for a crew member, with a mandatory reason and a visible “entered by site manager” label.
Field -
Forgotten clock-out:
- reminder on the employee’s phone after 10 hours, with no signal and no third-party service;
- alert to the office and the site manager;
- beyond a maximum duration, the day is marked “clock-out missing”, with no made-up time.
-
Change of site during the day: a clock-out then a new clock-in, flagged to the office for review.
Field and office -
Hours calculated automatically from clock-ins:
- night share separated, a night shift attached to its arrival day;
- daily threshold check.
- Premium rates stay with your payroll software.
-
“My day”: today’s site, clock-in status, hours this week.
Field -
“My clock-ins”: personal history, sending status, cumulative hours.
Field -
Tomorrow’s needs: before clocking out, the site manager answers a question (text or voice message); the office finds the answer.
Field and office -
In the office:
- clock-ins by site and by day;
- corrections with a reason;
- adding a forgotten clock-in;
- history of every correction.

-

Field -
Checked submission.
- Mandatory sections are checked, and each gap is flagged where it belongs.
- A confirmation on the phone (fingerprint or code) comes before sending.
- Sending is attested by the enrolled phone.
-
Approval workflow:
- draft, then sent, then approved by management;
- the project manager follows along read-only;
- the office can send a report back, with a reason.
-
PDF of the approved report, archived by site and by date.
- A correction produces a new version; the old one is kept.
- The PDF shows how it was sent (phone or web).
-
Reports are also possible for internal activity at the premises or the depot.
Field and office -

Roles:

- branch manager;
- project manager;

Field and office -
Login code assigned by the application to each employee (S0001, S0002…), never reassigned.
- On the web: code and password.
- On the phone: personal PIN, fingerprint or face unlock, automatic locking.

- enrolment with a one-time code handed over in person;

Resetting a password or PIN immediately closes all of the account’s open sessions.
